The Young Women for US (YW4US) Leadership Cohort is a leadership training program for young people who are passionate about making a difference in their community and interested in getting involved in politics and advocacy for the 2024 Election Cycle. Most importantly, volunteers are joining a community. Learn more about our program here.

The incoming class of volunteers, called a “cohort,” begins the program on March 6. The program lasts through May 29, 2023, with the option for volunteers to stay on longer if they desire. The time commitment is 1-2 hours/week OR 1-3 hours/month. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis, with a priority deadline of February 22nd. A member of YW4US will be in touch within 72 hours of your submission.
